By accessing or using Tippity (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Description of Service

Tippity is a SaaS analytics platform that aggregates and displays content performance data from third-party platforms including YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok. The Service provides dashboards, insights, and analytics tools to help content creators understand their audience and content performance.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Third-Party Platform Access

The Service connects to third-party platforms via OAuth to retrieve your content performance data. By connecting your accounts, you authorize Tippity to access and display your data from these platforms. You are responsible for complying with the terms of service of each connected platform. We do not control and are not responsible for the availability or accuracy of data provided by third-party platforms.

5. Subscription and Billing

Tippity offers free and paid subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including but not limited to: attempting to gain unauthorized access to systems or data, using the Service for unlawful purposes, interfering with the operation of the Service, or reverse-engineering any part of the platform. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and content (excluding user data), is the property of Tippity and is protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any data you provide to the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process and display your data as necessary to provide the Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Tippity shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may request deletion of your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
